Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund to the original form of payment. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Return items are shipped at the customer's expense.
All discounted merchandise is a final sale.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order or anything in it has arrived damaged, defective or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s), box and packaging. We will take care of the rest!
Please Note: Natural materials, such as wood and marble, have variations and their imperfections are not considered defects. As foreign wood adapts to different climates, it can shift in size which can result in cracking. This is not necessarily a defect of the product, but rather a beautiful reminder of its organic nature.
Lost or Damaged Parcels, Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred by Canada Post during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a proper shipping address when placing an order.
